River Necklaces

Thank-you Mary for all the help, I have new toggles with imprints of my Geranium leaves. Not quite done yet but coming along. My new River necklaces which I started last summer have new clay beads added to them that really add character, color and sentimental value to me.

This is a beautiful sunset that occurred in early June when the water was cold and the temp was in the 80's to 90. The fog on the St Lawrence was spectacular and ominous. I love my front yard and treasure the site of it every day. Lets hope we have many more to come this summer of 2008.

Geranium leaves of many kinds

I am enjoying adding many new leaves to my inventory. PMC3 and low fire clay. I have many to yet put in the kiln when ever it comes. I'm getting a little impatient with so much yet to kiln. But the artist in me keeps on going and making new things, one day it will all be done and that will be a good thing. These have been so much fun, I do not tire of it at all. The final kiln process though is a little difficult, dealing with the glaze and not letting them touch and proper temp. Some of my experimentation has not been very successful, but I am learning even so.

My Gallery of Photos

I am adding a link to this blog to another blog to give myself more room for photos of my jewelry and beads to come. I am trying to get better at photograghing, editing and getting to the website, all of this is self taught and takes me some time. Which can be a commodity most of the time. Any questions or interest in my beads and jewelry you can e-mail me at Radiantgem7@yahoo.com. I am working hard at new beads and preparing for craft and Art shows. Enjoy, peace and harmony and happy posting. ( http://radiantgemjewelrygallery.blogspot.com)
